Trying to keep UP!


Yikes..... What was I thinking to day I needed to write on the blog.

New mantra

" I want it, but I don't need it.... therefore I don't want it"

Stop and think... THINK, THink before you reach for something and Say this.

Also, I'm really trying to keep my "thoughts" in check.

What am I thinking.... is it TRUE? is it a life giving thought? Kind?
Is it a thought founded in Love or Fear?

I'm believing more and more that all thoughts (emotional thoughts) are rooted in either LOVE or Fear
