When you have a thought today -  

When you go to choose what to eat -  

When you made a choice of what you need to do today- 

Hold it up in the Light of Christ to see if it BRINGS HIM Glory

Start Detoxing yourself  Physically, Mentally and Spiritually 

When you are unbalanced YOU FALL!
