It is my goal to develop lifestyle choices for the 21 days that become "habit". A habit is something that is a unconscience -automatic reflex.
For instance:
As I'm waking up the first words out of my mouth when my eye's are trying to open is "Thank You God" and a big smile is formed on my face. (Feeding my body and Spirit)
As soon as I walk into the bathroom and take care of business, I weigh myself. (accountability)
Then make my cup of coffee and 200 calorie NUTRITIONAL/Fiber BREAKfast.
Sitting with Coffee and Breakfast open the word of God, Journalize and start my day with PRAYER and Thanksgiving.
I'm then Ready for the DAY!
Today's Scripture verse will be about Leaning on the Lord -
Proverbs 3:5
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
