No, I'm not attempting to say "loose 10 pounds in 10 days" BUT.....
I have 10 things to do to "get ON TRACK" with Health. So, for the first 10 days of the 21 DAY change my habits I will hit each day each of the ten things to do.
Ya know.... KISS (Keep it simple Stupid)
DAY ONE FOCUS:

Think about the fact we were for 9 months in an amazing life giving fluid - Fluid that ran within us and around us.

Arthur Guyton 's Textbook of Medical Physiology states that "the total amount of water in a man of average weight (70 kilograms or 154lbs) is approximately 40 litres, averaging 60 percent of his total body weight. Obesity decreases the percentage of water in the body, sometimes to as low as 45 percent".
Skin that is dehydrated often looks
sallow, worn, dry, and wrinkled. In order to keep skin’s collagen intact, you
must make sure that you consume enough water. Many people try time and again to
find the latest anti-aging trick. The truth is that water is one of the most
important things you can do to maintain your skin’s collagen.
How much water should you drink? One half of your body
weight in ounces should be consumed every day. If you weight 200 pounds, you
should drink 100 ounces of water (3.13 quarts, 2.98 litres or about 10-12 cups
of water a day). If you weigh closer to 100 pounds you will need only about 50
ounces of water or about four 12-ounce glasses daily.
The
best way to consume this much water is to make a pitcher of water in the
morning. Know that by the end of
the day it needs to be gone.
I
love to have a pitcher of water that has added lemon wedges or orange slices
and strawberries.

- 1/2 Cucumber
1 knuckle Ginger
1/2 cup mint leaves or 2 mint tea bags steeped
1 lemon juiced
1 gallon water
Directions
Peel ginger & cucumber, Puree all ingredients together in food processor mix with water let it sit overnight in frig, strain into another container or water bottles and enjoy ice cold - be sure to refrig unused portions for up to 2 days

DRINK GREEN TEA (Organic Tea of course!)
The thermogenic benefits that the study cites are relatively small, Zelman says. "If you're consuming 1,500 calories, you'll be burning 60 calories, less than [what's in] a cookie. Of course, every little bit counts, but that's really a drop in the bucket."
"Green tea is emerging as a healthful drink ... more because of its role as an antioxidant," Zelman tells WebMD. Antioxidants help to prevent the formation of free radicals that cause many diseases, such as cancer. "Tea flavonoids appear to be very potent antioxidants. Tea also contains less caffeine (as low as 50 mg per cup), while coffee has 150-200 mg per cup.

- Drinking tea can still be healthy because it contains flavonoids, which are powerful antioxidants that can help protect against cancer, heart disease, and stroke.
Thirst occurs when your body needs water. When you do not drink enough water, your body receives mixed signals on hunger. Dehydration causes you to believe you need to eat when you really need liquid intake. Sometimes you eat food out of boredom. Keeping track of what you drink and eat will help stop overeating. It will also clue in to how much you drink a day, and what your liquid needs are.
